Director & Founder of KCC
Colin has been actively dedicated in the building industry since 2009, with the first homes built in Flat Bush. As the founder of KCC and Anco, he has a wealth of hands-on experience on construction and project management over the years.
Now, Colin is responsible for overlooking construction projects, budgeting, and new investment risk control at KCC
Joanne has been in construction industry for over 6 years, with early years working experiences as a Project Coordinator and Marketing officer. She joined KCC in 2020 as a Project Manager.
AS a key personnel at KCC, she oversees the planning and delivery of all projects, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget.
Senior Project Manager
Joe is a senior project manager, as well as the quantity surveyor of KCC.
With over 8 years building and project management experience, Joe has a plenty of knowledge and experience in construction operations and project management. Joe holds a LBP license in site management. In the meantime, he is a senior construction consultant in terms of health and safety.
Business Development Manager
Elson is the business development manager of KCC.
He is responsible for cooperating with other departments to develop the market, responsible for the sales operation of real estate development projects, including planning, organization, progress control, etc., constantly understanding market needs, negotiating with customers, and giving customers solutions
Kelvin has a master degree of business administration. With rich domestic and international working experience, he is familiar with all processes and aspects of real estate projects.
As an operation manager, Kelvin performs excellent leadership, execution skills, a high degree of work enthusiasm, good communication skills, and good teamwork spirit.
HAO SEH FU
Fu has more than 10 years’ experience in managing his own business as a handy man in plumbing and electricity.
Being responsible for construction monitoring and after-sale maintenance at KCC, he has an eye for details and always solves hassles for clients. Fu is widely appraised by our clients in the after-sale services.
Vincent graduated with a Master's degree in Engineering from AUT. He has been working in the construction industry for five years.
With specific attention to details and his academic background, he could identify problems and offer holistic solutions quite fast. He also has great reference of construction records and customer serving experience.
Jay joined KCC as a site manager in 2019.
He is a self-motivated, dedicated and versatile young man with great academic background from AUT and work experiences in construction fields. He also has good record of construction monitoring, assigning jobs to sub-contractors and delivering projects on time.
As a project coordinator, Shirley’s role is to coordinate project management activities from the beginning to the end.
Liaising with clients and providing them the building progress update is also a big part of her job, to make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. She also has to ensure that the work would be carried out in strict accordance with the building contract.
Ni graduated from University of Auckland with a Master Degree of Management. She is a responsible person who would take the responsibility for everything that is handed into her hands and can be expected for outstanding work performance.
As a project coordinator, she is able to work well with suppliers, contractors, major energy companies and the council to solve problems while maintaining KCC's excellent reputation.
As an accountant, Sara’s role is to record the financial transactions of a business and make sure records are accurate and timely for tax purpose.
She also performs wider tasks such as reconciling bank statements, creating and sending invoices to the clients, making sure invoices from suppliers are accurate and paid in a timely manner, assisting with external accountant about financial and tax queries. She is helpful and meanwhile, a good listener.
